Our homesite: Summer Hill

This historic circa 1880 guest house is casually, yet tastefully decorated throughout with period furnishings. Situated near the town, beach and between both harbors, you can walk to almost everything.

Downstairs, there is a large kitchen with a table that seats ten, plus a pantry with an extra refrigerator. The dining room seats eight and two living rooms have a TV/VCR/DVD, satellite dish and CD/tape recorder.

Outside, you can catch the sunrise and sunset on the wrap-around porch with wicker furniture, eat outdoors on a large picnic table and cook on the gas grill.

Single and Double Rooms are available.

All rooms are similar in size and can be taken by one student or the cost can be shared by two STUDENTS. You can reserve a room on the Enrollment Application by specifying it by its floral name. As a back-up, many students submit second and third choices.

Guests: A non-student sharing a room is an additional $60. per night. If a room has reached its maximum of two to a room, a guest may stay in an unused room - if available, for $100. per night. All guest accomodations are paid in advance of their arrival and are subject to space availability (see Carolyn or Don).

Pricing shown at right is per week. Linen and towels are provided. No pets are allowed.

To reserve a room, a non-refundable payment of one-half is due with the Application Form by July 1.
